They say that it is the "number one" in La Grande Motte for those who wish to treat themselves to a very good fish or delicious shellfish. For thirty years, the reputation of this restaurant has not diminished and it must be noted that it is always deserved. Whether it be products, that the owner Mr. Sans is going to choose every day from the fish market, dishes, care taken with the decor, like with the service, L'Ombrine is definitely a truly good address, especially for those who want to enjoy a seafood product: royal or imperial seafood platter with lobsters and Breton lobsters, fresh fish roasted on skin such as the bass fillet or pesto perfumed with pesto, as parillada or griddled, shellfish (always the specialty of oyster tartare), crustaceans or bouillabaisse whose fish are previously presented… the festival dedicated to seafood products takes place in a stylish and carefully decorated setting, teak floors and white ceilings around cream tablecloths and chocolate chairs.
