This paddle stand-up center (SUP) relies on its two practice sites in Gold Country, one located on the Couchant beach, the other on Ponant Pond. Different formulas are offered, from the rental of a board for an hour to a group trip for the day, to yoga sessions on paddle or simply the possibility of taking courses or even an internship to learn how to use that board. From 7 to 77 years of age, the activity has this great advantage as to be accessible to all and to meet your different expectations, whether it be simple walking, game or sport.
