In summer, Dogs are not welcome in LGM! There is only a dog beach at about 2 km from the town going toward Carnon. Only 10 meters between two private beaches, parking is a nightmare during weekend !!

Très belle endroit, le sable est fin, quelque restaurants autour, des magasins pour les jeux oubliés ou autres... c'est quand même très bétonné devant, l'eau un peu froide et l'air venté malgré la mi-août.

Plage de sable fin qui s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres, il y a de la place pour tout le monde mais très prisé en saison. Beaucoup plus agréable en juin et septembre.
Au grand travers, places de parking gratuites, un plus dans la région ou tous les parkings sont payants!

Une belle balade à faire dès que le soleil est au rendez-vous. Si on veut un peu plus de tranquillité mieux vaut arriver côté ponant car une fois arrivé dans le centre ville les manèges sont la piste des jeu des enfants et donc idéal pour les familles. Je recommande cette plage.

I have could walk me all along the beach where was to concrete in the electric scooter handicap. Unfortunately, the disabled cannot go in the sand by the sea because was not fitted at all for people with disabilities. One does not have the rights to go on the waterfront.
It is really a shame. However this year the beaches was really quiet for one August 13th not like last year.

Despite the concrete aspect of this seaside resort, the beaches are beautiful and pleasant. Very crowded in season, the months of April and May are absolutely suitable for beautiful walks.
