Else (of Flemish origin) took over this hostel in 2005, and it has a lot of merit, the faith of Petit Smart! One kilometre from the village of La Salvetat, this property is well maintained: a large room, a fireplace, fifteen single rooms, and a beautiful summer swimming pool. Nous n'avons testé que le restaurant. Cuisine familiale de très bonne qualité, vin sans prétention mais excellent. Un service impeccable. Une très bonne adresse et un très bon moment.
