Eric Grousset, who boasts more than a quarter of a century of experience and his trusty mountain beret on his head, prides himself on being a "terroirist"! In his butcher's shop, located in the historical centre of the village, the meat comes from small local or regional farms. Everywhere hang dry sausages, hams and dry sausages with a tasty taste. Not to mention bougnette, Eric's specialty! He makes them three times a week to meet the demand. For the greatest happiness of its loyal and demanding clientele
