Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est d'être à 30m des thermes. Chambre confort non rénovée bruyante, sde avec douche vieillotte joints moisis et noirs, WC entartre et fendu, lavabo tâche. TV suspendue petite et fixee sur le côté on se tord le cou ! Demandez une chambre standard moins cher et rénovée ! Petit-déjeuner moyen pain et viennoiseries industriels. Grille pain hors d'âge et dangereux, cuit œufs entartre. Demi pension de qualité inégale, certains soirs plats rechauffes immangeables. Parkings difficiles d'accès non gérés ! Le personnel est très bien. Bon contact sauf les responsables de direction de mauvaise foi et pas vraiment à l'écoute (grille pain toujours en fonction au bout de 3 semaines malgré une alerte incendie !). Pour les beaux jours belle terrasse !

Lieu de résidence confortable et convivial, personnel au petit soin dans tous les services, direction à l'écoute des clients afin d'améliorer leurs prestations. La climatisation cette année 2023 est présente dans certaines chambres pour un confort optimal. Venez en profiter sans hésiter.
