Built in the heart of the resort since 1900, Hotel Belleville is a family business. The rooms are tastefully decorated and you will have the choice between contemporary and old style, with comfort levels to choose from (about fifteen of them are air-conditioned). The hotel's gardens, the reading and television room are all areas for leisure and relaxation. The reputation of the place also comes from its restaurant. In a Belle Époque dining room, or under the veranda, the chef prepares a local cuisine. In addition to meal salads, you can choose, as an appetizer, a duck foie gras opera or a grandfather terrine with juniper berries, onion jam. For the dish, it will be a filet of monkfish cream of crustaceans with seaweed butter or a bull gardian, Camargue rice. On certain days of the week, the house also offers all-you-can-eat French fry molds or even some beautiful tartars. The dessert reserves the pastry of the day or a perfect pistachio ice cream, red fruit coulis... Homemade!
