Sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin with a Romanesque chapel of the century in Lamalou, witness of the religious past of the neighboring villages.
Overlooking the Orb valley, perched 400 meters above Lamalou-les-Bains and Hérépian, the sanctuary of Notre-Dame-de-Capimont, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, is the witness of the religious past of the neighboring villages. In the middle of the holm oaks, you will discover a Romanesque chapel dating from the 12th century and its hermitage built much later, in the 17th century. Another monument reveals itself to you, by taking the path which leads to a monumental staircase: the Saint-Anne chapel. At the top you will be rewarded by the view that stretches from Carlencas to Caroux.
