In the commercial area at the entrance to Maurin, el Cubo is a cube, a square building somewhat surprising. Inside the faiences cover the walls and give the room a false air from Andalusia. Laurence smiling welcomes you for beautiful regional cuisine concocted by Gabriel, burger of liver and its chutney of purple figs; beef carpaccio, basil tomato ice; and his pesto house, fonfant in the Nutella.
