Deçu par la préparation de la cote de bœuf Galice viande non parée et cuite avec la croute de maturation qui doit être enlevée normalement une faute à mon goût qui donne pas bon goût à la viande dommage

Une très belle découverte !

Je ne m’attendais pas à aussi bien manger quand monsieur m’a dit « Je t’emmène au resto » ????

Le personnel est très agréable, ils connaissent leur produit et ont su nous conseiller le vin adapter à notre plat sans nous faire prendre le plus cher (ce qui est rare) ❤️

La viande est délicieuse et en fait tout est bon !
