It is during the summer season that this restaurant gives all its potential with - as its name suggests - an outdoor space with lots of trees where you lose the notion of time and place. As for the cuisine, the team relies on a bistro menu coloured by the flavours of the South. Marrow bones, mussels au gratin and razor clams with parsley for tapas, Charolais burger, wok of poultry marinated in spices and soya and rack of lamb with herbs from the Causses for flagship dishes. No doubt about it, we're getting our money's worth. In the evening, the address also showcases beautiful wood-fired grills. In season, musical entertainment which adds a touch of atmosphere to this delicious meal is programmed.
