In an ocean of greenery, this elegant house looks like an island of gustatory pleasures. If the service is perfectly orchestrated by Christian Mazerand, it is his brother Jacques who is in charge of concocting inventive dishes. His menu evolves along with the land in order to adapt to the seasons in the most beautiful way. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to discover the marriage of monkfish and yuzu, the lamb mouse in a vegetable crust or the lemon, olive and fennel tart. Sublime!

Il y avait quelques temps que nous n'étions pas retournés au Mazerand... Peu de changements au cours des ans, le même maître d'hôtel... les menus immuables mais très bons et copieux, nombreux amuse-bouches, des viandes excellentes, des mignardises et une assiette dessert dont on penserait ne jamais terminer ( mais on y arrive!) un service sobre et efficace... dans un cadre classique d'une vieille "maison". On y reviendra.

Pour une pause gastronomique d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Le décor est feutré avec un souffle de modernité qui n'a pas dénaturé le caractère historique de cette bâtisse. Agréable jardin arboré pour l'été. Mais le plaisir est surtout dans l'assiette avec des saveurs originales et de saison
