If the service is perfectly orchestrated by Christian Mazerand, it is his brother Jacques who is in charge of concocting inventive dishes. His menu evolves along with the land in order to adapt to the seasons in the most beautiful way. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to discover the marriage of monkfish and yuzu, the lamb mouse in a vegetable crust or the lemon, olive and fennel tart. Sublime!

On a frôlé le 10/10 mais dommage, le tataki de thon, qui doit être à peine poêlé et bien rouge à l'intérieur, était trop cuit. Tout le reste était excellent, l’émincé de foie gras un régal, le filet de bœuf un délice et le désert autour de l’abricot un plaisir.
