The Bouchard family has built up a vineyard of Vins de Pays Côtes de Thongues, AOC Coteaux-du-languedoc and AOC Faugères. Known for the Domaine Deshenrys, the family is less known for the Sylva Plana abbey. Cédric Guy, Nicolas and his father Henry-Ferdinand Bouchard decided to expand their range by producing AOC Faugères. The vines are planted on south-facing terraces on a terroir of schist, clay-limestone and grey marble. The harvest is carried out manually with sorting on the spot. During your visit, drop by the tasting cellar.

Accueil remarquable, dîner succulent. Nous sommes restés une nuit sur la route de l'Espagne. Le chef cuisinier, qui nous a accueillis, était notamment très sympathique et très dévoué. Nous y repasserons.

Excellent repas en terrasse en amoureux (foie gras aux figues, pigeon et coulant au chocolat)service impeccable, menu à 42 euros excellent ????

Great food, as always, staff gave a warm welcome and lovely wines. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
