The Auberge du Cèdre, a renovated master house, has elected a home between vines and garrigues a few kilometres from the Saint-Loup peak. Set in a large park planted in the th century, this deumeure has something magical, peaceful and family. Behind the scenes, the chef is cooking Mediterranean cuisine. For proof of the dishes on the map: Organic boulgour salad for the escala anchovies, the cabillaud of cod with spices and citrus fruits, roasted lamb of the Aveyron, Dough with dried fruit in the Banyuls… 11 classic rooms in the country decor and 7 bathrooms. 4 double rooms with private showers and 3 family suites are also available for visitors.
