Founded in 1959, it offers a wide variety of oils, mainly made from regional olives. Among these, typical of the department and obtained by mechanical processes, the Verdale de l'Hérault gives a light fruity and herbaceous aroma. There is also the Bouteillan, the Olivière with its notes of basil, apple and banana, and the Aglandau, which represents about 20% of French olive oil production. The store also offers a range of vegetable and gourmet oils, as well as a grocery section.

Cliente depuis des années, je suis toujours aussi ravie des produits proposés, de l'accueil client et du rapport qualité/prix. Les huiles sont d'excellente facture; l'huile d'olive particulièrement. Pour les personnes n'étant pas allergiques, l'huile d'arachide est une merveille : l'essayer, c'est l'adopter. Je conseille Le Vieux Moulin à tous ceux qui aiment cuisiner de bons produits....
