Behind his stoves, chef Samuel Millois - awarded the title of "Maître Restaurateur" since 2012 - prepares a cuisine based on seasonal and ultra-fresh products. His experience and talent allow him to shake up a few must-haves such as burger and tartar. A beautiful marriage of land and sea takes place all along the menu, right down to the tempting desserts: strawberry soup with olive oil, whisky cream sphere, light chocolate mousse...
