Here, everything is homemade: the bread, the kombucha and, above all, the desserts. Marc comes from a restaurant background: 1 and 3 macaroons. A pastry chef by trade. Back in France, he settled in the Larzac region, and now prepares delicious homemade burgers "aux petits oignons", salads and pieces of meat executed with brio. You'll be welcomed into a metal-framed room with large picture windows, where the huge blackboard shows you the menu. A word of advice: try the baba au rhum espuma cappuccino, which will delight your taste buds.

Had a lovely evening with great food and hospitality. Marc is not only a well travelled and experienced chef but a real personality and enjoyment for us as well as the entertainment he provided ..... want to know what that was rhen you need to go and see them. I will look forward to my new stop over en route to France.. Marc keep up the great food.
