Here, everything is homemade: the bread, the kombucha and, above all, the desserts. Marc comes from a restaurant background: 1 and 3 macaroons. A pastry chef by trade. Back in France, he settled in the Larzac region, and now prepares delicious homemade burgers "aux petits oignons", salads and pieces of meat executed with brio. You'll be welcomed into a metal-framed room with large picture windows, where the huge blackboard shows you the menu. Had a lovely dinner here last night. Chef was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All ingredients sourced locally and were a total delight. Would highly recommend if in the area. You also need to try the desserts! Simply beautiful.... Very reasonable price and good wine also.
