For six days, festivities and travel stories multiply in the heart of this Larzac village. The festival takes its name from the hill of dolomitic rocks overlooking Le Caylar. Roc Castel has often acted as a landmark guiding travellers along the Larzac. Many walkers, cyclists and riders cross the Larzac and pass through Caylar. They inspired this "slow journey" theme. This festival was thus imagined as a tribute to all those who have chosen to travel without haste in order to privilege the meeting of others and the curious discovery of the territories they cross. On the village square, we dance, sing with the musicians, share the artistic or naturalistic know-how of the speakers, exchange with the travellers, walk in the wake of a storyteller and his musicians.
