Traditional cuisine revisited in a restaurant with terrace near the Salagou lake.
This hostel overlooking the Salagou lake offers one of the most beautiful views of the department on the preserved nature. The site is unique in the Hérault. Philippe, his son Yoan and his daughter Angélique work in the service and in the kitchen. Everything has been redone, kitchen, terrace and menu, the entrance and the room are particularly flowered. Contemporary decoration, paintings by Fabrizio Lavagna and sculptures by Nicola Domenici, Italian artists, and above all, the conviviality of the place. Traditional cuisine revisited; the menu varies according to the seasons. A wine list selected in the 20 km area, with the Panis family's Louloups cuvée in Joncquières as a favourite. And as a coffee-sprout, 80 whiskies, 60 gins, 20 vodkas and 80 rums.
