Halfway between the hamlet of Du and the source of the Lamalou, the dolmen of the Lamalou is one of the most interesting megalithic constructions that can be admired in southern France. With a bedroom, an anti-chamber and a central corridor, it is assumed that its construction dates from the th to the th century BC. Archaeologists assume that the vocation of this type of building was to accommodate collective burials. Other monuments of the same time are present on the Causse of the Horthus but are unfortunately not in good condition!
