DOMAINE PIERRE BELLE
The Cartagène, this alcoholic drink with fruit flavors, typical of the Languedoc, is served as an aperitif or with dessert.
The Pierre Belle vineyard is located north of Béziers on 60 hectares of clay-limestone slopes. Three generations of winegrowers work together in this estate, which has been awarded the High Environmental Value label. Rigorous cultivation, passion and high standards: the Lagunas are committed to getting the best out of their many grape varieties. Don't miss to taste the Cartagène, a sweet aperitif, a liqueur wine also called mistelle, an Occitan specialty where a quarter of wine brandy is mixed with grape juice.
