Early in the morning, it's Victoire who opens the door and invites you in. Working alone in her bakery, she spares no effort to create sublime breads of exceptional quality. Made with products sourced with environmental impact in mind, they are sold by the slice and by weight. They are sold by the slice and by weight, and can be kept for several days. Victoire only opens its doors twice a week to give its sourdough time to rest. A real favorite in Lodève!

Open Tuesdays and Fridays from 3.30pm to 7pm. Exceptional morning opening on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Drop by on site.
Owner's Message
Welcome to my home, because this bakery is a bit like my second home!
I work alone, so I make two big batches a week.
100% organic, homemade, with stone-ground Occitan flours.
You'll find sourdough bread and brioches:
Pain de Campagne
Pain de Campagne with seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
Méteil (half rye, half wheat)
Ancient wheat
Buckwheat and sunflower seeds (gluten-free)
Butter Brioche
Brioche with olive oil and cinnamon (vegan)
I sometimes reopen on Wednesday and/or Saturday mornings, if there's bread left over from the previous day's batch. If you see the sign on the street: I'm open!
