A beautiful address to taste the shellfish in Loupian.
Laurent is a passionate oyster farmer who, since 1998, has won numerous awards (14 medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, including 7 gold medals). It is on his production site that you will be able to taste his marvelous shellfish: the "Reines Julianne" oysters, to be tasted raw, poached or gratinated, but also mussels in brasucade, nuggets, raw or in pistou. On the terrace with a breathtaking view of the lagoon, you will find delicious products accompanied by good wines. A magical setting, impeccable service and a good atmosphere: we rush there!
