Laurent is a passionate oyster farmer who has been winning awards since 1998 (14 medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris, including 7 gold medals). It's at his production site that you'll be able to taste his marvellous shellfish: "Reines Julianne" oysters, to be enjoyed raw, poached or au gratin, as well as mussels in brasucade, nuggets, raw or with pistou. On the terrace, with a breathtaking view of the lagoon, you'll find delicious products paired with fine wines. With its magical setting, impeccable service and great atmosphere, it's a must!
