Les huîtres sont délicieuses et regorgent de fraîcheur. Les huîtres farcies sont excellentes.
La brasucade est faite devant les clients. C est un vrai spectacle pour les yeux et un délice pour les papilles.
La vue est très belle sur l étang de Thau.
Par contre surtout n oubliez pas de réserver.
