CHEZ ROSE ET ALAIN
Rose and Alain Gautier await you in their oyster farmhouse by the Thau lagoon, with a breathtaking view of Sète and Mont Saint Clair. You can enjoy there their products of oysters and mussels grown on the pond and at sea by composing your platters yourself. A simple and tasty cuisine is also on the menu: gratinated shellfish, salmon carpaccio, griddled cuttlefish, razor clams with parsley… The freshness of the shells is impeccable, they leave the basin two minutes before being placed on the plate. A nice choice of wines to complement all this. The recipe perfectly works.
