Simon Julien and Philippe Vaudo breed shells on the Thau lagoon. They offer you a visit and a tasting at their oyster farm, a beautiful way to discover their production world. During the visit which lasts nearly two hours, various aspects are presented: the history and environment of the shellfish farming in the Thau lagoon, the presentation of the company, a detailed presentation of the farming technique and of the shell quality, and finally a pleasant tasting of 6 oysters accompanied by white wine.

Nous avons réalisé la visite du mas avec explications de la culture et dégustation des produits. Simon est très sympa et rend l'explication accessible et intéressante pour les enfants.
