Simon Julien and Philippe Vaudo breed shells on the Thau lagoon. They offer you a visit and a tasting at their oyster farm, a beautiful way to discover their production world. During the visit which lasts nearly two hours, various aspects are presented: the history and environment of the shellfish farming in the Thau lagoon, the presentation of the company, a detailed presentation of the farming technique and of the shell quality, and finally a pleasant tasting of 6 oysters accompanied by white wine.

Super accueil de la part du monsieur present, des huitres super bonne. Si vous etes de passage dans les environs n hesiter pas pour y aller faire un saut, vous ne serez pas déçu. Je vous le recommande
