At Plaza Lunae, the chef proposes a range of dishes essentially regional, based on the use of fresh products of the earth and the sea. He creates alliances based on soft and sweet spices with aromatic plants from his own garden (peppermint, lemon balm, lemon thyme...). The whole range of French gastronomy is revisited by an experienced chef who combines sincerity and passion with his know-how. His best-sellers are the crispy red mullet with tapenade and the duck pastilla.
