Just a stone's throw from the Halles, Maison Soubeiran has recently replaced Caro's Bistrot. Under its beautiful pergola, in the calm of lively, festive Lunel, Caro and her team offer a friendly welcome. The recipe remains the same: from Nature to the plate with authenticity... We don't mess around with good produce! Working mainly with local producers, the chef likes to say that she only cooks what nature is willing to give her. And there's nothing better to enjoy with coffee than Caro's secret fougasse from Aigues-Mortes.
