Bistrot à vin-café philo with terrace where you can enjoy tapas, organic teas
Denis Philippe has settled in Lunel to set up a place in his image, full of promise and poetry, since June 2014. Inside, red velvet cinema style armchairs, objects from the past and large photos of opera singers. On the terrace side, chairs and tables are bright and colourful, offering a view of the lively atmosphere of the square. An atypical address, of quality, where the atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, and where the regulars enjoy coming to chat with the boss, leaning against the wooden counter where we see Jesus preparing beautiful dishes. On the menu, you will find organic juices and teas, beers with evocative names and cheerful wines that perfectly match the variety of tapas on offer. It's fresh, it's pretty, it's good. The "discovery" tapas plate is a must for anyone who wants to enjoy originality from aperitif to lunch (squids, excellent delicatessen, gazpacho, pea soup, cheese, accras, seasonal vegetables...). Presented on slates, the products come directly from the market and are very good. This wine and coffee bistro organizes Lunel's cultural life with book signings, exhibitions, opera evenings in partnership with the Athénée cinema. A beautiful place that was missing in the lunar region.
