LA TERRASSE
At two steps from the Halles, this address is strategically well placed in the shade of plane. As its name indicates, its beautiful terrace is available to visitors or visitors who are staying there from morning to night. Inside, a beautiful vaulted hall and a beautiful indoor counter welcome you when the first cold points out their nose. There is a market kitchen, fresh and homemade, offering fish and meat, such as the Angus or spécialités specialities. We liked this "gardener's freshness" where melon, eggplant, candied pepper and fresh cheese make it easy to eat light and to good account; or, more importantly, "land in the plate": salad, ham of country, gizzards candied, chicken pilon… Marinières moulds, cuttlefish odawara in persillade, beef tartar, duck magret, rosemary lamb ribs complete a nice map. Plates are beautiful and copious. The desserts are also home made like the cream burned or worked from fruit. Nothing to say.
