Restaurant with a large terrace serving cuisine made with fresh products.
In Lunel-Viel, Claire and Mikael opened this colourful restaurant, which opens onto a large shady terrace, in 2014. They serve a cuisine made from fresh produce and local producers. A la carte or in the menus, we discover traditional plates revisited which evolve with the seasons. The combinations are well thought-out, like the Marjoram mushroom velouté, bull sirloin with fleur de sel and "Parfait" with Toblerone-style coffee. Everything is very well executed and a maximum of dishes are homemade, from dried duck breast to floating island. Note that the duo regularly organizes theme nights and concerts.

Accompagnement très bon......
Par contre pour la trilogie de la mer ...plat peu copieux 1 gambas 1 St Jacques 1 un très très petit morceau de saumon,
Pour le prix une paire de gambas de plus aurais été adéquate.....
Dommage seul bémol à ce repas.
