Quietly located in the heart of the village, Isabelle and Jean-Luc Santuré have transformed a former wine cellar from the beginning of the century into a restaurant with a shady patio and Mediterranean decor. It is in this warm atmosphere that they offer us a cuisine with flavours and aromas of the south. In the course of the seasons and the inspiration of the chef, the map transforms, but the gourmande walk remains strewn with surrounding aromatic herbs: magret of foie maison duck duck, abeilles and bee secrets, fine goat milk cream fresh to Bouzigues oysters and fennel fondue, back of sauvage wild sea loup, thyme brown juice… Meal ends on a cheese or delicious gourmandise of the day. To accompany these was, the sommelier will be able to advise perfectly among the many references of the cellar and even offer wine to glass to leave nothing to chance. A friendly address that, the garrigue!

Quand ça se passe mal il faut aussi le dire : service débutant, long et maladroit, plats sans gout et sans explication, et pour couronner le tout : un patron agressif qui ne se remet pas en question. Une honte, nous n'avions jamais vu ça, nous faire insulter par le chef pour une remarque constructive sur le repas !!! Je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement en chute libre.

Unmissable: the arbour dishes and especially sorbet cottage cheese!
A warm welcome and surprise for dessert (it was the anniversary of our son)!
Teenagers popular (which is rare) and parents enjoyed excellent dishes whose flavours deserve the name and respect for the Chef.
Champagne excellent.
You did not know: the visit is worth.
Jean-Luc Santuré is a perfectionist, himself much mall and progresses year and CA SE SEE! An advice, taste his foie gras, homemade. The other side of the coin, it is victim of its success: reservations are strongly recommended and the crowds, you will need to be patient and wait will be rewarded by a fancy meal with the flavours sublime by an excellent preparation and a controlled skills. A sommelier will advise you for a wine list chosen, the service, discreet, is very pleasant. The visit even certainly the visit is worth. A small parking on the front is available.
