A table that over the months is required in the local landscape just steps from Béziers. Little by little, we come from here and elsewhere to taste the cuisine of Jean-Marie Roig, who has settled in what was once a former stable. Old Wells, land or tradition are the names of the three menus it has concocted for our palate of gourmets. It is to tradition that our taste buds have led and they regret it. The program, based on poultry in the way of my father crispy vegetable salad and then filets bar fillets, crushed from potatoes to black olives and quenelle oil and finally, terracotta pana fragrant orange flower, citrus quarters and chocolate sauce. What to do and give us the desire to return to test the other two menus.
