In Marseillan for 8 generations, the Henry family has run a restaurant-bar and wine cellar, with a view of the port. Slow food and family cuisine enthusiasts are well served, with fresh local and seasonal products in the spotlight and a focus on sustainable fishing. No farmed fish on the menu but bass, swordfish, St. Pierre, oysters, monkfish tails, sea snails... Also beef from Aubrac, duck confit, black pudding parmentier, pig confit, brouillade with truffles from Lalbenque, etc.
