In Marseillan for 8 generations, the Henry family has run a restaurant-bar and wine cellar, with a view of the port. Slow food and family cuisine enthusiasts are well served, with fresh local and seasonal products in the spotlight and a focus on sustainable fishing. No farmed fish on the menu but bass, swordfish, St. Pierre, oysters, monkfish tails, sea snails... Also beef from Aubrac, duck confit, black pudding parmentier, pig confit, brouillade with truffles from Lalbenque, etc.

Wir wurden hier sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient! Die Coteaux Muscheln waren hervorragend ???????? und leckeren Wein gab es dazu!
Personne très impolie qui nous a dit de retourner à Paris alors que nous sommes Auvergnat...en me disant un joli "ta gueule" avant que l'on parte !
Nous sommes venus car nous avions entendu qu'il était de notre région....bref....très très déçue alors que les touristes sont là pour que sa Taverne tourne!!!!!!! Il faudrait sûrement changer de travail.....
