In Marseillan for 8 generations, the Henry family has run a restaurant-bar and wine cellar, with a view of the port. Slow food and family cuisine enthusiasts are well served, with fresh local and seasonal products in the spotlight and a focus on sustainable fishing. No farmed fish on the menu but bass, swordfish, St. Pierre, oysters, monkfish tails, sea snails... Also beef from Aubrac, duck confit, black pudding parmentier, pig confit, brouillade with truffles from Lalbenque, etc.

Notre serveur c'est trompé dans la commande des entrées ( ça arrive et peut être venait il de commencer) puis nous a proposé dans la formule menu un desserts à la carte ... Et bien vous assumer l'erreur et vous payer plein pot, n'aller pas expliquer votre cas a la patronne elle devient incorrecte!

Restaurant tout bonnement parfait. Du service agréable, au décor du restaurant, en passant par les plats, tous excellent, tout est fait maison, les cuissons sont parfaites, sans mensonge, un des meilleurs restaurants auquel je n'ai jamais mangé

Un accueil mitigé, inconfort des chaises, salade à 24 euros et quantité très limitée, tout juste une entrée pour la salade qui à l'origine était un plat. Quelle déception !!! Sommes partis sans dessert. L'eau en carafe est chaude !! Fuyez...
