Located on the port of Marseillan, this sunny brasserie welcomes you with its entire team in a modern and refined setting, and a lounge atmosphere. The chef revisits Mediterranean and traditional cuisine with colors of the terroir local. The only one on the port to offer mussels with white wine, O'Soleil also offers grilled fish in Sète way, small cuttlefish with garlic, foie gras with a compote of red onions, pork ribs, mashed carrot and vanilla, Aubrac beef skewers with chorizo sauce (sweet) and large cuttlefish, but also a beautiful selection of meats for lovers and as a dessert, a raspberries square pie… All accompanied by regional wines, such as the Terre et Mer white wine of the Richemer cooperative cellar.

Nous y venons depuis des années et jamais déçus. Soupe de poisson bonne ( nous aurions préféré des croûtons au lieu de tranches grilles -Clest un détail) poisson excellent. Bref, nous y reviendrons l’année prochaine. Service bien malgré le monde. M. Bravo

Carte ne présentant pas 200 plats car ce restaurant cuisine des produits frais et de qualité.
