Nestled in a listed building with superb vaults, this restaurant honors traditional recipes on its tablecloths while revisiting flavors. In three or six courses, land and sea mix in creative, fragrant and colorful plates. We fall in love with a vitello tonnato - veal flounder and red tuna, then with a poached turbot - leek confit with citrus fruits and poultry juice. To finish in freshness, a dessert with citrus fruits and pine.

Une cuisine remarquable, inventive et de grande qualité. Le lieu est calme et joli, très belle soirée. Mini bémol, un supplément pour un plat, au demeurant délicieux, qui aurait mérité d’être rappelé lorsqu’on nous l’a conseillé. De même, comme souvent dans ce type d’établissement, l’eau en bouteille est imposée…Ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec grand plaisir et de saluer le travail de l’établissement….

Exellent restaurant ! Tout est un délice de l entrée au dessert . Les plats sont bien assaisonnés Cuissons parfaites . Fromage bien affinés . Tout était parfait ! Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Si je devais avoir un petit bémol ce serait sur la qualité du pain .
