The menu evolves with the seasons, changing each month to rotate the discoveries and flavors. Benoit, the chef, carefully concocts beautiful, creative and colorful dishes. Three-meat pâté en croûte with pickles, lamb shoulder confit with peanuts, asparagus and sweet potato, rhubarb and chocolate crumble... It is a delight and the service is impeccable.
