At the bend of an alley, we notice the beautiful workshop of Céramique de Thau. As you pass the door, you discover the work of the ceramist François Thirion. This pottery workshop plunges us into the universe of the Thau basin, its colors, its landscapes, its shapes and its animals. Shades of blue-green tinged with sand and ochre, his stoneware creations are inspired by his environment. François Thirion also runs workshops for beginners and advanced users of stoneware. Young and old alike can learn all the steps involved in creating a piece.

Je recommande cet endroit à 100%, nous sommes venus à un atelier poterie avec ma maman et mes deux garçons, le potier est très à l écoute et est très pédagogue, ce fut un vrai moment hors du temps où nous sommes répartis avec pleins de trésors et de magnifiques souvenirs, je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir merci

Lieu découvert grâce au salon de thé « entremets et chocolat » qui utilise la vaisselle ( assiettes et tasses) fabriquée par ce céramiste
Un plaisir de découvrir votre atelier et vos poteries d’une grande finesse
Nous espérons vous revoir lors d’un salon / marché de céramistes ( même à paris ????)

Mes enfants ont participé à un atelier poterie ce matin. Les animateurs ont été fantastiques. Ils ont partagé leur savoir faire et ont fait preuve de patience. A refaire absolument. Je vous recommande céramique de thau, un prestataire d’une très grande confiance!
