He has been awarded several times for his creations with classic or unusual flavors, including the Marseillanais, a specialty with Noilly Prat and nougatine, or the Lavandounes, a crunchy olive and lavender snack to nibble on at snack time or at aperitif time. This passionate chocolatier also organizes visits of his factory and makes real artistic compositions on demand.
