Passion and family business of the Anselme, this wine estate benefits from two terroirs. The one argillaceous and quartzose, suitable for Mediterranean grape varieties; the other one clayey, sandy, silty, late maturing, more characteristic of Atlantic grape varieties. Once the product is finished, there are red wines: Cabernet-sauvignon, Lou Pedregal; white ones: La Magdelaine ; or rosé ones: Tradition 2002. The family attaches great importance to the handling of the vineyard: here, all replanted vines are trained along and handled in short pruning (cordon de Royat).
