LA GRANDE BLEUE
Awarded in 2008 by Agrotourism, La Grande Bleue then obtained the "Sud de France" brand for its oysters' production. This family-run farm has 6 parks, spread between Bouzigues and Marseillan, and produces approximately 25 tons of oysters and 5 tons of mussels each year. Mr. Saez, the owner of the estate, welcomes groups and individuals for guided tours on the shellfish farm and you can discover the activity through photos exhibition and films, tasting of shellfish from the Etang de Thau then a mussel brasucade and a wine of white wine from Marseillan.
