A few steps from the central square, Audrey has been here for 7 years with Françoise, her mother, who, at lunchtime, prepares daily special and salad meals including the salad "Berthelot" composed of Mozzarella, parmesan, raw ham and tabbouleh with citrus fruit. You can also enjoy, quietly installed on the terrace, an excellent horse tartare, accompanied by its Dauphinois gratin, which is very appreciated. In the evening, the "Bar tapas" atmosphere focuses on the charcuterie boards of Marc Bouret's melgueirienne or the cheese board directly from the neighbors, Véro and Willy. All accompanied by a rosé "Amour de Gris", grenache gris, Jean Marc Floutier in Savignargues. You will have understood it, here the artisans and producers are mostly local. Concerts, mousse appetizers and beaujolais party liven up the evenings of this little corner of Mauguio. A simple, casual address that is always full!
