Le Chat Botté is the concept of a cabaret dinner. A cosy and warm setting, between the walls with exposed stones and wrought iron balustrades, the hushed and somewhat glamorous atmosphere is based first and foremost on a creative cuisine combining Mediterranean and Asian notes and composed in collaboration with local producers. The "plus" of the Chat Botté is to combine this good cuisine with the Parisian magazine and its glitter. As such, it is a unique feature in the region. On the table, we are surprised by the wide choice offered by the menu and we hesitate for example between lamb confit with apricots, sponge cake and puree "Robuchon", duck breast, Viennese pistachio nuts, potato "Hasselback", the white veal steak with its citrus reduction and caramelized salsify, prawn and squid blésotto served as coconut, unless the back of roasted grouper, early vegetables juice bound to the veal feet... in short, you have a choice, including for dessert, by letting yourself be tempted, why not, by the millefeuille of fruit earpieces. Meanwhile, the show is in full swing and artists of all kinds from Parisian magazines compete with each other on stage with rhinestones, feathers and glitter, whether they are a group of transformers and their "strange ladies", magicians, music-hall singers, etc. In the end, a very good evening in the genre
