Anisette & Brochettes is Carnon's festive and family address! If everyone is in a hurry, it's good because here the skewer is king. Based on meat and fish, these marvels are grilled over a wood fire and served with vegetables or homemade fries. On the frame side, we like to enjoy the garden covered with Virginia creeper. In winter, we do not hesitate to take refuge in the interior room, warmed by a soft fire. In all cases the quality is there and the conviviality is quite remarkable.
