LE J
Restaurant located on the beach offering hearty tapas boards
At the J, you almost already have your feet in the water! The restaurant has undergone a major makeover since January 2014. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can now admire the works of François Monteiller and Marvik, scattered throughout the establishment. Located on the beachfront, on the left bank of the harbour exit, the establishment offers you a superb setting and a kitchen up to standard. The décor is rather modern, very natural, relaxed and a bit trendy: driftwood that can even be found on the walls, a few dimmed lights and funny marine objects hanging here and there from the ceiling. Sofas will welcome you at the back of the room for an intimate aperitif. If the weather is fine, of course, the main attraction is the terrace, which opens directly onto the beach and the sea. On the plate side, a varied menu of character, of course oriented towards the sea with fish à la plancha, but also a fish soup, a bouillabaisse in the J style or tempuras de Saint-Jacques. But the chef doesn't stop there and, for a friendly moment with friends or lovers, he invites you to discover copious tapas dishes such as foie gras with a knife. 100% homemade desserts (except waffles) and an interesting regional wine list. A family restaurant, welcoming and warm to discover in summer and winter.
